Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Email unkwn.official.coffee@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns: coffee is a food product and cannot be returned once shipped.

Damaged in transit: email a photograph within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.

Wrong item: we will replace it or refund it in full.
